Delete your Humo account

To request deletion of your Humo account and all associated data, email support@starthumo.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Account deletion".

You do not need to download the app or be signed in to make this request.

Once your request is processed, we permanently delete:

• your profile (first names, email address);
• your shared photos;
• your mood logs;
• your cycle data;
• your mission history;
• your streak and couple link.

• Billing and transaction records required by law, kept for the legal retention period.
• Anonymized logs that can no longer identify you.

Your request is processed within 30 days of receipt.
